Shipping Handling Detail
Standard delivery: Flat rate of $10 USD for each retail or
wholesale order delivered in the continental United States
and Canada domestic regular ground. ( Please note there is
no ground service available to P.R., Hi, U.S.V.I, or similar).
Packages shipped via post service or UPS ground usually arrive
within 7 - 10 business days from the date you place your order.
Expedtied UPS Air: Flat rate of $25USD per retail or wholesale
order order for United States and Canada domestic.
Packages shipped via Expedtied UPS Air usually arrive within
3 business days from the date you place your order. The total
charge for each ship-to address will be $25
Express UPS Air: Flat rate of $35USD per retail or wholesale
order order for United States and Canada domestic
Packages shipped via Express UPS Air usually arrive within
2 business days from the date you place your order. The total
charge for each ship-to address will be $35
The cost for optional shipping methods such as international
shipping rates are varied and start from $35USD.

Wholesale Minimum Requirement
We require a minimum of $80.00 or more for all wholesale
orders. For each single order, you can combine any products
on this sites to reach the wholesale minimum of $80. If your
wholesale order falls below the minimum, your order will be

Retail No minimum
When will your order be processed?
All orders placed before 12:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday
will begin processing the day you order. If you place an order
on a holiday, a Saturday or Sunday, or after 12:00 PM PST
on a regular business day, your order will begin processing
the following business day. Usually all orders are shipped
out within 2 business days upon receive the order detail and
payment.
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking
number via E-mail. You can locate your package at anytime
by going to our tracking page.
All deliveries must be made to a physical address (no PO
boxes) if ship by UPS ground or air.

Guarantee and Return Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please
phone or email us for return approval within 10 days upon
receipt of the merchandise. Do not discard your invoice! For
your convenience, a return form along with return instruction
is attached to your invoice. Fill out the form completely
and enclose it and the original invoice with the merchandise
you wish to return. Follow the return instruction and simply
return the merchanside to us within 30 days of purchase for
a complete refund less shipping & handling charges.
All merchandise must be in new and unworn condition without
having been sized or altered in any way.
Secure all merchandise in its original packaging, including
gift boxes, bags or pouches, with which your order was shipped,
including the original invoice.
We will send you an E-mail to let you know we have received
the merchandise. A refund will be issued within 3 working
days of confirmation of receipt. Returns are credited or refunded
in the same payment method used to purchase the merchandise.
Keep a photocopy of your invoice for your records.
